SHIPPING

Cover Vibes delivers to cities across India. Orders are typically delivered within 4-7 working days. Customers are responsible for any import duties that may apply to their order.

Once your order is shipped, it will be sent to the address provided during checkout. If you're unable to receive the order after three delivery attempts, it will be returned to our warehouse.

Refunds for returned orders (RTO) will not be processed. However, you can request a re-shipment with updated address and contact details. We will reship the item on the next working day.

RETURNS

At Cover Vibes, we offer a replacement guarantee if you receive a damaged or defective product. To request a replacement, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at support@covervibes.com. We’ll provide instructions for returning the item, and a replacement will be sent once the return is received.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for wrong items ordered by customers.

Due to differences in screen displays (brightness, contrast, and resolution), we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colors displayed on your monitor.

Returns/exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as product dislike or incorrect product orders.

To qualify for a replacement, return, or refund, you must provide an unboxing video to support your claim. No claims will be accepted without this video.

• The item received is defective or malfunctioning (proof via unboxing video required).

You have 3 calendar days from receiving the product to request a replacement or refund. If approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.
