Return & Refund Policy:

We only accept returns if you have received the product in a damaged, broken or defective condition. We will provide replacements for same. No refund is available! You will be asked to send pictures/videos of the product you’ve received.

Return/exchange will not be applicable if a wrong product was ordered.

You can contact us at support@covervibes.com for same. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions about returning the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Processing:

We strive to fulfil orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.

Shipping Time:

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 2-7 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason - it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
